    Wink can't create syscheck.csv

for some reason my system is now not able to create a syscheck file so i re-downloaded syscheck and placed it in the apps folder ran the syscheck and the csv file is not there at all. reason for me even trying is that one of my wbfs files that recently cameout within the 2 last weeks wont load in usb loader gx shows a black screen then i have to manually power off wii, and in neo gamma shows green screen . but im sure i can figure that out sooner or later but would like to know why my syscheck isnt working . any help would be appreciated.

    ps syscheck version is 2.1.0.b17

    wii was a 4.3u downgraded to 4.1u

Alright... a pity, as it is a very time consuming process... well, thanks anyway.
