Metroid Prime 3 to Metroid Prime Trilogy?

So, I've had Metroid Prime 3 corruption for a while, and I decided that I would sell that and get Metroid Prime Trilogy, since I get two extra games. But now i've realised that the saves aren't compatible. Is there any way to convert my MP3 Save file to a MPT one, or insert it into one?

Good luck finding Trilogy for less than $100. Only one you'll get probably gonna be disc only...unless you get lucky.
