    WADs refuse to install

I'm currently on 4.1E, and for some reason WAD files refuse to install.
It doesn't matter which WAD manager I use, and it does not seem to matter which IOS I choose. Updating them via Pimp My Wii didn't seem to help either.
It says the installation is complete, but upon reboot, no WADs have been installed.
No threads or google results gave me an answer, so any kind of help is welcomed.

Are you trying to mod your Wii or what are you trying to do? Please explain! Stay away from Pimp My Wii too!

I'm trying to install DIOS MIOS, amongst other WADs. I've been out of the loop for quite some time though.

If I were you, I would start all over. Use the Softmod Any Wii guide here at Wiihacks to get your Wii where you want it. If you already have the Homebrew Channel just start the guide with HB installed. It will overwrite everything you have done, and get you back where you need to be. Any problems feel free to ask!

There is different things you can try to get the wads to install, like toby1978 said probably the best thing is just to re do the soft mod, but if you want here is a few things you can try.
    1. select a different ios to install the wads with, like 136
    2. one that a lot of people over look, format the sd card or try a diferent sd card, you'll be surprise how much trouble you'll save your self just by doing this.

Neither of these options are working. As stated, it does not matter what IOS I choose, the outcome is always the same.
I've tried 2 SD cards and formated them as well. Thanks anyway.

I'm going ahead with the "Softmod Any Wii" guide and will post the outcome here.

I did everything as specified, and it seemed to work fine.
But those WAD files will simply not install, despite the fact that some loaders were installed from WADs during the process.

    Getting a sysCheck asap.

I had the same problem several times before, Sometimes downloading a different version of MMM works, sometimes reloading ios 249 to install the wads work, I'm just telling you what I do when I run into the same problem, the thing is it doesn't work for everyone.
Here is something you can try.....turn the console off, unplug the power for one minute....... you'll be surprise..... I hope.
