Wii USB Problems!

Hello,
Today I was trying to play GCN games so I've updated USB Loader GX to version 3.0 and installed Dios Mios. Ok. For 3 hours I cannot start any gamecube game (they were not showing up) so I was thinking it's the iso problem or something. Then I've realized that I have problems with my USB ports! They were not working in any app. USB loader is freezing when initializing device, in wii flow there's no devide, in wad manager i have "Error = -2" or something. I've used Modmii, reinstalled everything etc etc. For now, usb pendrives ONLY works in MPlayer. So, what's the problem.
I was using USB Loader for more than a year with no problem and now I have this. I'm completely messed up, cornered like a wounded animal which is being
hunted!

Edit: The only one loader that works is configurable usb loader. The problem is that usb loader gx is freezing while I put the pendrive, Wii flow doesn't recognize it too, WAD manager have problems to mount my pendrive. Almost everything stopped working with usb drives. What is it?! I've downloaded updates with ModMii, installed it and it doesn't change anything. Pendrive is blinking all the time when putted in usb slot.

Here's my sysCheck:

Well, I think I found a way to 'fix' it. Just re-install all the CIOSes and format your drive to fat32 using that one guide. Works for me so far.
