Question Wii won't recognize WBFS drive HELP?!!

So i recently made another attempt at modding my wii and this time succeeded. I have been making game backups and saving them as .wbfs files then putting them on a 16 GB micro SD card with a USB adapter, it works perfectly.

Then I decided i was going to run out of space very quickly so i I grabbed my 250 GB Samsung "My Passport" External USB drive, i partitioned a 50 GB section for my wii and formatted it to wbfs using Wii Backup Manager (same method i used with my micro SDHC card and the USB adapter) and it is not recognized by NeoGamma launcher, i have a few other usb launchers but only 1 will recognize it (the sdhc card with usb adapter worked fine for every single launcher i threw at it) i think it was configurable usb launcher but im not sure at the moment, i can check if anyone needs the name.

But here is the main question how can i get my drive to work with the other launchers, it is formatted to wbfs and is 50 gb, would changing the physical sector size help in any way?

It's active, and i think it is in logical, i may try setting it to primary but i just installed usb launcher GX and it works like my other launcher did and it's my favorite usb laucher so far so i don't think i will bother with it anymore.
