When you located the folder for games, did you see the folders that contained your games? [xxxE01]? [xxxJ01]? [xxxU01]? Any of those files visible when you selected the 'games' folder, before you hit the OK button? Double check that.

    Skeptical?

Under "Loader Settings" under "Boot/Standard", is IOS 249 selected?
and the ISO will NOT show up when you click through the files when selecting the main GC games load folder, you will only see the SYS folder....

When i go to custom path > main gamecube games path> it's in usb3\games. (usb3 because my hdd is partritioned) I can go to the game ID folders as you were saying, and click on them, however they're shown empty. I'm able to see the games by having the directory on usb3\games. if i go usb3\games\[GAMEID] i can't see any games, let alone the game iso within that folder.

    Try THIS NOW:
If you do not have WiiXplorer:
    1) Power down the wii
    2) Take your SD and USB to your computer
    3) Copy the game folder to a folder named "games" from your USB to the root of your SD card
    If you DO have WiiXplorer
    1) Click the far left corner icon to select your USB
    2) Click on the file directories until you get to 'games'
    3) [+]-click the folder you wish copy, either the ENTIRE games folder, or one from INSIDE the games folder
    4) A-click the far corner icon again
    5) in the root of your sd card, [+]-click anywhere on screen
    6) select "paste" and wait kindly

    the directory is usb3\games\[GAMEID]\iso

There's a folder for every game ID, with the iso corresponding to that game id inside. That's what happened when i put the iso's in the DiscEx program. It set them up in that file structure...
