BOO-FREAKIN-YA!!!! Just found this out: Revision of steps.
    1) Load up USB Loader GX
    2) Click the gears [Settings Icon]
    3) Page over once using "+" on your wiimote
    4) Go to "Custom Paths"
    5) Scroll down the list until you see "Main GameCube Path" [it SHOULD say: sd:/games/]
    6) CLICK IT!
    7) Dead-center, bottom of screen, there should be a "USB" button, click it!
    8) Locate the games folder in your USB. CLICK IT!
9)HIT OK! [YOU SHOULD GET A "PATH CHANGED" POP-UP]
    10) EXIT THE MENU, CHECK OUT YOUR GAMECUBE LISTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I got all the WAD's installed correctly, and i tried running Wind Waker again. It's doing the black screen again, but i'll wait for 10 minutes and see what happens. If it doesnt work, should i post a syscheck again?

Your usb wasn't inserted in the middle of the wii being powered on?
Did it ever show any countdowns or anything?
Are you sure you're in USB port 0? not port 1?usb-wii.jpg
I can tell. If this is all correct, we'll move onto another set of steps
