WiiFlow, USBLoaderGX and USBLoader Freeze during Launch

WiiFlow, USBLoaderGX and USBLoader are all freezing on launch when I have my USB drive inserted. Take the drive out they launch fine, I've been launching from the homebrew channel just in case it was an issue with the loader. I have deleted then reinstalled 249/250,

    I was using
    cIOS245[37]-d2x-v8-final.wad
    cIOS246[38]-d2x-v8-final.wad
    cIOS247[53]-d2x-v8-final.wad
    cIOS248[55]-d2x-v8-final.wad
    cIOS249[56]-d2x-v8-final.wad
    cIOS250[57]-d2x-v8-final.wad
    cIOS251[58]-d2x-v8-final.wad
    but changed to the
    ciOS249[56] d2x v6
    ciOS250[57] d2x v6
from the cIOS wad guide after V8 didnt work either.
I am using the apps from app pack 4, I did try to use the updated version of usbloader from on the Configurable USB Loader - GBAtemp.net that linked to cfg-loader-mod - Configurable USB Loader MOD - Google Project Hosting, and the one that was done by people other then the author, neither worked and revered to app pack .dol

The USb drive is NTFS which is what I would like to use as its my only large thumb drive. I don't really have money for anything else atm. Its a 16gb PNY atache drive which is listed as compatible, and its USB 2.0, tried a full reformat on it and that didn't help either.

Before I tried upgrading USBloader gx 3.0 this week this was working perfectly, I'm not sure what has changed or is causing the issues. Tonight while I sleep im going to try and format and load games with it as WBFS and see if that works, but I'd like to run in as NTFS in the end. Here is the syscheck. Any ideas on what else I should try or I am missing?

    Spoiler

    Your system check Looks fine.
You can revert back to Cios D2x V7.D2x V7 Wad Pack

You also can try and format the thumb drive to fat32.-->Fat32 Guide
Wbfs is outdated, you either want it partitioned as NTFS or Fat32.(Fat32 is recommended.)

Update here is what screen is doing even after going for the D2xv7 wad pack, When loading from the Forwarder it shows v70 then next line 249 and freezes, without drive it does v70, 249, 250 on three lines lower right corner and loads, It still freezes at init usb when from homebrew, but will launch if I pull the USB drive formatted NTFS while it says that. When I formated to WBFS it did work and this was before going to D2xv7. Trying Fat32 now. Any ideas on why its NTFS thats causing this?

Ntfs works fine for me, and so does fat32.

Replace all your Usb loaders (Update Them),if fat32 doesn't work.
Make sure your drive is formatted to primary and active.
If you can test another Thumb drive or HDD, so we know it's not the thumb drive acting up.

I was just checking and for some reason with the thumb drive I am not able to mark it as active as its not partitioned >< maybe that is the issue, havent tried fat yet, As i most likely wont have issues with playing 99% of my movies that arent dvd's I may just keep it that way

With fat32 you will be able to play movie's and wii games from it.
You would just have to have a Movie folder For the movie's and Wbfs folder for the games.

Ok new interesting development, Everything works fine If I boot up the Usb cfg loader, and insert the drive afterward, in fat32 or ntfs, I'm using Wii backup manager could that be the issue?

No , wiibackup manager isn't the issue.
It sounds like your Thumb Drive/HDD Might have an issue or is slow to activate.etc.
