Just wanted to let you guys know, I spoke directly to Nintendo about this issue and got an interesting response. If any of you are interested, just PM me and I will relay it.

    URGENT
Not trying to rush you guys but a modded White Wii is for sale in my area, it sounds like my work because it has a pile of old school emulator games on it. Can I pull the Console ID out of the nand.bin ? Console ID comes up super fast in a SysCheck, and I can just drop that into the apps directory. Or a fast app to display the serial number, I will just ask to look at the machine and test it... Life is all about risks

Fast dudes, THEY HAVE MY WIFE'S JEWELERY!

The mac address in tranfer.id is a hex value, so open it up in a hex editor.

The console id is in the nand.bin and key.bin. Also use a hex editor to view it.

    Nand.bin is like this

    key.bin is like this

ECC Private Key: 0x128 (30 bytes)
    Console ID: 0x124 (4 bytes)
NAND AES key: 0x158 (16 bytes)
    NAND HMAC: 0x144 (20 bytes)
Common key (AES): 0x114 (16 bytes)
PRNG seed (AES): 0x168 (16 bytes)
    boot1 hash: 0x100 (20 bytes)
    ng_key_id: 0x208 (4 bytes)
    ng_sig: 0x20c (60 bytes)

HxD is good and free hex editor

If the cops found homebrew can't you get in trouble? don't they need the console serial number? mac address is only needed to catch them if they go online with it

Homebrew in and of itself is not illegal. MAC addresses can be changed in many cases.

Yeh, we just got this latest stuff in our area about 10 years ago
    - Crack
    - Meth
    - Guns
There all a bad combination, and drug habits are expensive!
