no, the nand is specific to the unit. Why would you want to do that anyhow? Just mod the new wii.

Yeah, I have done that. But my softmod on my new Wii had some problems when playin USB games, so I downgraded the Wii from 4.3E to 4.1E and then updatet the Wii again with the game Metroid: Other M. But when i go to settings then it still show that I still have firmware 4.1E and not 4.3E. I thought that Metroid: Other M had the 4.3 update inside? And i began to install many cIOS to solve my problem with playin USB games but that did not work. So I want to use my old nand backup from my old Wii. Both my Wii's is black.

if you followed the guide we recommend then your update would fail. Updating is not the solution anyhow, well not via nintendo anyhow. If you did not follow the softmod any wii guide (link in my sig) then you should. I am pretty sure Other M has a guide for it too, it is one of the troublesome games.

It looks like it will do what you want.....beware though, if it bricks you there is no fix from what i read. I do not know anything about the program.
You should be able to just use the guide i suggested in the first place though.
It's your wii, you make the call and live with the outcome.

I have already tried your suggestion but that did not work. I have already tried to resoftmod it too.
