USB Loader GX Issue

Hey guys! I bought a brand new Wii today and i tried to softmod it. I have the homebrew channel installed, and i have all cIOS installed.
But when i run USB Loader GX and start a game then everything on the screen freez, and sometimes it come alot of colors on the screen and just keeping a high noise!
How to fix this? And i have softmodet alot of Wii's before, so why does i got this issue on this Wii?

EDIT: All my games on my USB works on my two other Wii's.

EDIT2: I have tried some other USB Loaders but none of them works, the screen just freeze and it comes some high noise :(

Did you follow the Any Wii guide when doing your softmod?

Sent using the WiiHacks app. Please excuse the brevity, punctation, and spelling.

Try reinstalling your games. That helped me with SSBB. Also, check to make sure your settings are right. Also, try turning error 002 fix on. That helped me with many errors.

Try a different loader like cfg loader mod. It plays every one of my games no problems.

It does not work! I have tried alot of USB Loaders but none of them works!

I think this is an ISO problem... did you use letterbomb to homebrew this wii?

First make sure you have IOS 236 installed, if your not sure then re install it.
Re-install these IOS's using the multi mod manager.
cIOS224[57]-v65535.wad
cIOS250[57]-v21d2x6.wad
Open Multi-Manager from the homebrew channel. Select "Load another IOS",
Highlight 236, Press A.
Go to "WAD manager" and Install "cIOS224[57]-v65535" and "cIOS250[57]-v21d2x6"
You have to do them one at a time, Follow the instructions and be patient.
Press B to back out and HOME to exit.


Then use the cIOSX_rev20b-Installer as follows:
Select CIOS Installer from the homebrew channel.
Make sure your wii is connected to the internet!!!
Select IOS 236 to use during the install. Press A.
Select IOS 57 v5918 (the default), PRESS A.
Slot 249, Press A.
--- ONLINE INSTALL ONLY!! ---
Select Network installation. Press A. Be Patient wait....
Press A to continue and then B to back out.
