Are SDHC Cards Fully Compatible, Now?

I first got into Wii hacking back when SDHC cards we're completely unusable. Nowadays I see that strides have been made to make them more compatible but I don't know exactly how compatible. The Homebrew channel now supports SDHC (correct?) so does that mean that SDHC will work for everything or do some individual apps still have difficulties? Is using a SDHC exactly the same as using a normal SD, now, or are there still complications?

    Thank you.

aside from the modding which calls for a 2g sd, everything else works fine as far as i know with sdhc. i have a 32g class 10 sd that works great, 32g so i can back up my gamecubes which play from sd now.

So you're saying that the Wii doesn't naturally support SDHC so in order to softmod a fresh Wii a normal SD is needed, but once the Homebrew channel is installed it doesn't matter anymore (because everything is going through it)?

The Wii supports SDHC cards from SM 4.0 and up. The Hackmii installer is picky about what cards work, which is why we suggest a sandisk 2gig SD.
