Well, I'll be...I never put one and one together (or in this case 37 and 38) lol. Seen that before and just never looked at the obvious lmao.

OK I loaded Rock Band 3 with CIOS223.

    That hasn't fixed the problem.

    As per above:
The mic works with one other instrument now which is an improvement. But I can't get multiple mics to work.

And, although now multiple midi pro adapters are "lighting up" but they are all player 4 and so only one will work at a time.

Do u have the latest version of Usb loader GX?

Have u tried with any other loaders, latest wiiflow?

You could install the cIOS pack from the softmod any Wii guide. Then get the app pack from chapter 3.
This will make sure all your cIOS are the recommended bases. And the app pack will give u the most recent loaders.

Personally, I like the latest wiiflow, because it will pick the best cIOS to load the game for u.

I'm not having much luck getting this to work the way I want it unfortunately.

I have installed the latest app pack from the Wii softmod guide along with CIOS pack. I'm not sure how to check that I've got the recommended bases but I did follow the instructions carefully so I'm hoping that should take care of it.

I tried all four loaders (Wiiflow, NeoG, Usb Config, USB Loader GX (223 IOS)) and none permit multiple midi adapters with instruments.

Are there further setup steps required with Wiiflow, along the lines of the "Wiiflow and Emulated Nand Guide"?

Also when I plug my powered USB hub into an adapter and also plug it into the Wii, the Wii powers off. So at this point I'm concerned about potentially wrecking the Wii. The USB hub powers on (LED lights up) without the external power source so I'm wondering if I need to plug it in into an AC at all.

By the way, I really appreciate your efforts to help so far kp420.
