Wads wont install after black ops install

I know this topic may have been covered in other areas, if so, please direct me there that would be of great help.

I am running a wii v4.0u wad manager v1.4 and after installing the necessary files to get Call of Duty Black Ops to work i can no longer install wad files on my wii.

Is there a way where i can reverse (remove / delete) the files installed to help Black Ops work or other files i can add to make it so i can install wads and continue playing Black Ops.

Thank you for any help or direction.
Please try to keep the answers as thorough and simple as possible, it has been a very long time since i messed with any files or modding of my wii so i will be very rusty

Getting the latest wad manager v1.7 as im typing this, will transfer to sd card. The wads i want to install are just games, like N64 game wads and other wii ware titles in wad file format.

cIOS 38rev14 installer i see under the homebrew channel and cIOS rev20 installer i see under the homebrew channel, not sure if that was exactly what you were asking about the cIOS wads.

When Black Ops on wii first came out, i followed some guide as to how to be able to install the necessary files to play it, now i dont really care as much about playing it, but still have alot of wad files (N64 games, etc) that id love to install.... It was a long time ago so remembering everything i did or the guide used, i have no idea... probably from your page wiihacks or another similar style forum

Your CIOS are out of date. Follow my d2x cios installation guide and it should get everything up and running.
