Hi, installed the HBC and following the steps in Emperor of Canada's guide. I am loading the IOS downgrader and getting this error:
Initializing ISFS subsystem
Error ret= -116
press any button to restart
I have firmware 3.3
Also how the hell do i navigate back after loading wad manager and cios fixed.wad. I had to restart the Wii 2 freakin times.
So for now i am stuck at #3 in EOC's guide at loading the IOS downgrader
Is this error because i need to be hooked up to the internet?
yep, your wii need to be hooked up to the internet or else it will be a never-ending -116 error.
ok, ordered a lan adapter off ebay for $14. Guess i'll have to delay the mod for now.
Still how do i navigate back after doing steps 1 and 2? I had to turn the Wii off.
do you have wireless internet? so you won't need the adapter...
what do you mean by "navigate back..."?
yes you need to connect to the internet to download the ios files with Cios
after you do that you should be fine
what do i use to launch a game after that?
you will need the wii backup launcher which you can find in this forum.. if you do a simple "SEARCH"!.Quote:
