Can't format Sandisk 2gb SD card as FAT32

Hi. I'm following mauifrog's tutorial but am getting stuck at the part where I need to format the SD card to FAT32 as every time I use the Panasonic formatter or the one provided in the guide, it only formats it to FAT. Is there an option in the software I'm missing to format to FAT32 as I've tried looking everywhere for a solution but with no luck. Thanks

    Try formatting through windows explorer.

Open up my computer and then right click your SD card. Then click format.

You should be able to select FAT32 from a drop-down box.
