As you can guess from the file names, you need to install them in order (First then second). Once inside the game, go to the "downloadable content" area and tell it to download. Then all the DLC will show up.

nothing, i cant seem to find the right place to put it, so it never shows up, i did what the thing said, but being it was so vague i tried a ton of other things, and no matter where i put it it doesnt show

i have the 3.3 wii shop *i was searching it*
i have Firmware 3.2U
i accepted wii 24 connect, and wii shop like you said i needed to to get anyregion changer working *which you were right*
i turned off 24 connect, and i dont have nor have i accepted the nintendo channel stuff
