ok, so you do have 3.2 and can use wiiware now.

Do you have the homebrew channel installed and do you have a wad manager on your sd card?

I'll get as detailed as possible just incase.

you'll need to make sure that you have your SD card setup like this>>>>
SD Card Root (main level of the sd card) contains Apps folder and WAD folder.
Inside Apps folder should be a folder for "wad manager" and inside that should be boot.dol meta.xml and icon.png (all the files for the wad manager)
Then inside the wad folder should be Megaman9Installfirst NTSC.wad and Megaman9InstallSecond NTSC.wad

go into homebrew channel, wad manager, and then install the wads for megaman making sure to install First and Second in that order.

i have no problem installing the Games, i was talking about the IOS, unless thats put in the same folder, i tried many things, but i never tried that, didnt seem very logical if thats right then ill try it, if not then where does it go other than that i have no issue with Wii Ware, i have Yakuman wii =3 which i LOVE, working perfectly

ok, download [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register] (ios37) and place it into the wad folder also and again use wad manager to install it. then let me know what happens.
