NTSC WAD or PAL Wii?

I'm currently using 4.0e and can only play PAL (or region free) WADs. Is there a way to enable my system to play NTSC WADs since I really want to play FF4: The After Years?

There is a app that converts wads to region free, it's called wad region converter. Sure beats changing your system just to play wads.

i installed the region converter but after i installed the wad wen i loaded it, it was just a black screen and my wii froze???

i converted it to both pal and region free but neither workk.

hi. sorry for thread jackin you.. but i have a question and i dont really know where to look.. ive used the search button and no luck

so.. i KINDA have the same question as OP.. but.. my question is.. i have ntsc wii.. softmodded.. but i was wondering if there is a way to play pal games (or any other region) without putting a modchip? if so.. can someone show me the way?
