I'm having problems with the wad. Once installed thanks to the homebrew chan, i try to run the game, and the wii restarts. Can anyone help pls?

i have ios 55 installed.

Question for Closetmonkii: What version is your Wii?

I downloaded Bit Trip Beat from the internet, and installed. The channel displays at the menu but when I start the game it goes black for a few seconds then returns to the startup Wii menu (where your looking at all the channels)

Then I deleted my original file and tried your file you linked above, and the same results happened.

My Wii is 3.1u does it need to be updated to play Bit Trip Beat?

you guys both need to download ios53 and install it through the wad manager
should solve the issue

I'm having trouble with Bubble Bobble Plus, same symptoms. I have 53 and 55 now but BBP still doesn't run.

Have you tried re-downloading it or downloading bubble bobble plus from another source? Maybe you just got a bad download

Checking that now, thanks to the link above. However there is one other wad that has been region free'd but does this same thing, and I cannot figure out what to do to get it to work. It's also an older wad. Daigasso Band Brothers speaker channel. Resets on load. I've heard reports of Euro Wii's getting the Free'd version to work with no problem, but I can't manage on my US Wii. Hmm. Character set IOS perhaps?

Edit: Bubble Bobble Plus still fails and restarts the Wii.

That's exactly what I was hoping for! :-) An addicting game that can drag me away from the standard games that I'm so tired of seeing!

I have System Menu v4.2u, i already install homebrew channel. The problem is that when i go to homebrew channel, than i load the wad manager. I can't install any wad files, not even ios versions. Can someone please help....?
