These other three are available in the U.S., but Castlevania IV is censored(no blood and no nudity with statues), and Contra III has limited continues, where the J version has limitless. Also, Streets of Rage II is called "Bare Knuckle II", and doesn't have the slight censorship that the U.S. version has(it shows the girl characters panties when she jump kicks, and the last boss is smoking a cigar).

since japan is ntsc-j...does this mean we can install the wads on the ntsc-u system?

Yeah, NTSC-J won't work on a U.S. system without some work. You have to use a program called "freethewads", which is as simple as ABC to work.

You could also install Starfall, and make it where you channels are region free, meaning any region games will play.

If you still have problems, let me know, and i'll region free them for you.
