need help making backup dvd

hi i down loaded imgburn got -dvd and a philips dvd burner that will read the disc having probles making and iso file keeps coming up with read problem

Are you trying to convert dvd to iso image?

What discs are you using?

you cant do it that way!

you either need a special dvd reader (certain LG models), this is the old and out of date, slow way of doing it.

Or you can grab a USB hdd, USB pendrive, SD card, any usb loader software, and rip the game from your wii to the SD/USB. This is currently the best and fastest way to do it.

You can also stream it via wifi from your wii to your pc, but this is also pretty slow.

So grab a USB drive or an SD card and do it that way.

hello got it sorted out know using wbfs manager down loaded game to my documents as iso file from my external hard drive that i use with my wii hbc to play game on .Using imgburn i selected the file i save from my documents and burned it to a dvd- disc at 2.5 speed it took about 25 minutes to burn to the disc . Using gamma loaded i played the game on the wii from the dvd copy ok thanks for all your help guys
