This is my first post~~ so if this there is something really obvious that I'm missing then, or I've posted this in the wrong place, I'm sorry.
I recently softmodded my PAL 4.0 wii and I'm using Gamma USB loader, I have a copy of Rock Band: The Beatles which I can play just fine using a Guitar Hero World Tour controller (loading via USB).
However, today I went out and purchased the Rock Band Fender Stratocaster and the Rock Band drums (Both Rock Band 1 individual controllers - not the band in a box, so no USB hub provided.) - the game doesn't reconise either of these controllers... I've tried searching these forums but I can't see anything that relates to this problem. Additionally the rock band website claims that these are both compatible.
If anyone on here can help me get either or both of these working I am gonna be so grateful!

Yes, the instruments are compatible provided you're not running backups. I'm in the same boat, can't get the Rock Band 1 drums to work. We have a Konami USB microphone and Guitar Hero 3 guitars that do connect though. I hope to find a fix for the drums myself!

I've got backups of Rock band the beatles, rock band 2, GH5, world tour and GH3....
No, I wouldn't call it a no-hoper, many people are having the same problem as us, and are working to find a workaround. Keep an eye out on the forums for a fix, I know I'll be.
GH3 doesn't support drums or microphone anyway, it's a guitar only game.

I mainly play Guitar Hero games, I have 2 les paul guitars and they work with all the Guitar Hero games and Rock Band 2. I also have a Guitar Hero mic that works fine with those games too. I use a soft mod Wii and IOS222 to play all the games with Configurable USB Loader. I use Hermes cIOS installer v4 to install IOS222 with IOS38 merged with IOS37.
If you are booting from USB Loader then try installing IOS222 and using that to boot your guitar hero and rock band games. [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register]
EDIT - I don't know if your Gamma loader will support IOS222, if it don't then "somebody" needs to add more options to his loader. You may need to use USB Loader GX or USB Loader CFG. That was nice of the people that use Neogamma to help you out though???

My actual disk runs fine but a burn will not allow instruments in neogamma despite doing ciosv4 and gecko won't even find the game. disk channel will find it but then error upon loading. Running firm 4.1, rock band dlc hack works... just not burns. Did all the combinations of 222 223 etc despite the fact that I no longer know what I'm doing.
