I have burned games before and loaded them into my soft-modded wii and they launched fine with backup launcher. Recently, however I have had trouble with quite a few games, I burn them and when I load them with backup launcher they come up but it looks like the tracking on the t.v. is off. the screen just keeps going down and popping up again. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I believe this is a region problem. European tv sets run at different megahertz than USA tv sets, so you'll get the strange picture. For example, trying to play a PAL region game on a tv in an NTSC region.

I've heard this can be corrected by using HD cables, but I have not confirmed this.

I also had that problem like ninjamikeus wrote it is a region problem. You just have to FORCE NTSC or PAL depending on your region, on the launcher go to Config Options and it should fix it..
