Still no way of playing Gamecube games via USB?

As of Jan, 28, 2012 Is there still no way of playing Gamecube games via USB? All the threads that shoot down the idea are very dated.

There is a way, you just need to use a hardware, as softmodding will not do it.

Hahahaha! Just get an SD card. Be less expensive that way, and no tumor.

I may, but for roughly 15$ bucks more I'd have my entire 1.5 TB hard drive at my disposal instead of a mere 32gb, I'm aware Gamecube games are small though. By the way, Do you know if the Wii reads GC backups at half speed? Or just Wii backups?

If you read the details of that adapter you will see that it can only support up to the maximum amount of memory that an SD card will hold. Kinda shoots out of the water a plan to use a 1.5TB HDD.... As far as GC games sorry Im not certain about that question.
