since their hardly special... and about the same im just gonna do it as a series -,_-, and mention the perks/flaws respectively....

Controls: 5/10
this game uses the same fighting style the dragonball Z games use, now its not bad... but i personally find myself getting bored when it requires no real skill to become the master of the game! another problem is... most of the games keep the same movies, and the same skills for all characters, which just looks lazy and half ***ed..

Gameplay: 3/10
EX 1/2: the gameplay is ok, i mean you play story... very common style. you talk to ___, something happens, FIGHT! takes about 40 mins to complete if you dont know what youre doing... the main flaw with these games are, you got to play ___ matchs before you unlock a lot of characters, and to unlock them all its like 1000 matchs.... lets get real, even 100 before you unlock everything is a tad insane -,_-, other than having basicly the same fighters, its a sad set of games...

EX 3: they decided it would be better to remove the old style, and just do a beat em up style... this is annoying you end up running around to the end, you can VERY easily avoid everyone and just end it... the only perk in winning it is the points... you can unlock most characters from this, but you got to buy them from the shop.... sadly if you have the EX2 save, you get most of the points needed to unlock everyone -,_-, the other downside is, the only difference between 2 and 3 is, new story mode, and 5 characters....

Story: 4/10
they all semi follow the anime series -,_-, and since the actual story isnt that amazing, when you summarize a 400+ chapter series, in a few fights... you miss out on a lot...

Overall: 2/10
as for anime games go, their decent, but in the end unless playing as the latest and greatest characters, the games are almost the same.... its kinda sad that anyone would buy a game with so few differences, but then again GG is the same way *even if its "important" its not noticeable to the casual/non guilty gear gamer...."
