Here's some news that may help the case of "reripping the image off the disk" theory. I tried Galaxy 1 off of the ISO that I had, and had similar crashing problem. I played Galaxy 1 off of the disk using the normal Disk Channel, and it worked. So I'll try deleting Galaxy 1 and reripping it tonight, to see if that works. If it does, then I'll have to have the kids find that Zelda disk so I can have it cleaned (There is a Family Video close by) and so I can try ripping that.

If anyone else has any suggestions for me, I'm listening. Thanks.

EDIT: After deleting and reripping my Galaxy 2 disk, the game was playable off of the USB. So now I need to find that Zelda disk. I have no idea where the kids put my stuff half the time.

I found the disk, cleaned it, deleted the old copy off the hard drive, and reripped it. Everything works just fine.

    Thanks for the help.

Now looks like I have to go through my library to see what doesn't work so I can repeat the process on the other games too. lol

You can try to load the game under a different cios, say 250. You could try to change some of the settings, perhaps the language setting. I think the most likely problem is that your copy of zelda is bad or has become corrupt. I suggest trying a fresh dump of the iso. There are no special steps to play that game, I should play without issue assuming the game is in the region and language of your wii.
