    Okami Blackscreen

I have a 4.3E softmodded Wii, using Mauifrogs guide. When i try to run Okami using CFG USB Loader, it blackscreens. I have tried installing IOS 21, but it still blackscreens. Thanks

Installing a IOS when you are using a USB loader is pointless, as it runs from a cIOS, not IOS. IOS are used for disc loading...

Are you having blackscreen with every game? Or just this one and super paper mario?

How did you set up your drive? Try this guide.

I used the Windows manager to create two partitions, both FAT32, then formatted one to WBFS

You don't need two partitions anymore. The guide I linked you to will make your drive one fat32 partition, so you can use all the space on your drive, for games, emulators, and homebrew apps.

I didn't feel like scrubbing every game that was over 4GB, and I also have too many games on the drive to format it again.

You don't need to scrub anything. When you rip your original disc with cfg usbloader it scrubs it for you. Or if you use Wii Backup Mananager it scrubs it for you. If you don't want to change over to one fat32 partition, just make sure your wbfs partition is primary and set to active.
