    Follow my d2x cios installation guide and install ios249 d2x v6 with base 56 and load the games with it

    I've installed all of the .wads mentioned in your guide, but I am still getting the black screen upon loading my games.

    Reformat the hdd and rerip your originals one by one testing each one between each rip. Your not trying to run downloaded games by chance, are you?

    Use the installer to install 249 base 56.

    The base of 249 in The wad pack is 38. The same you currently have installed.

    Not saying it will work for sure but 56 loads almost any game except black ops and def jam rapstars

    I have tried both with my own rips from my own CDs, and with rips for the same games from some places I probably shouldn't mention here. None of them work. I have been able to make 2 or 3 games work since following richardsito's advice, but that's still quite a longshot.

    Edit-

    I've found out the issue! It was in fact an issue with the hard drive. Not an issue with the compatibility of it, but an issue with it overheating. Thanks to anyone who replied to thread. Looks like I'm off to get a Blacx docking station.
