Help me please - Multi Player breakdown

Hi all

Please excuse me if I've missed an older post but I have been searching all night for an answer. I have softmodded my wii and have been running games of a usb drive for 4 months now with no issues what so ever.
I've gone to play multi player TDM in black ops and cannot get online. It comes up with a communication error everytime. The same with golden eye. I've gone over my internet settings and all seems fine as the web browser still works on the Wii.
I even tried playing the games from disk and they still refuse to go online. I was playing fine just last night and the Wii hasn't been on until I tried earlier.
The Games all load perfectly but refuse to go online for multiplayer. Please has anyone else had this issue. If so how did you fix it? Your help would be gratefully welcome.

Did you take the online up date when prompted by black ops in multi player?

Thanks, I've actually been scouring your posts for an answer. I have updated when prompted to by the game. When I go to multiplayer now it starts at the beggining with v.0.0.50. I get no ally reqs, or texts messages like i did before. It's just not connecting at all.

The link you have put up was one of the post s I've been reading and I can seem to find solutions for people who have just modded the wii and have a problem but I'm struggling to find a solution for a modded wii that was working but is no longer accessing online games such as multiplayer on B Ops/Golden Eye/Mario Kart. I'm starting to think that I may have to reinstall everything. Thanks again.

BLODDY NORA! Right developments have moved on significantly. I turned my WII on this morning and was greeted with a "sticker" of a shark with the words "Beware of sharks with frickin laser beams attached to their heads". CFG then booted and I managed to get online as before on all games. Has my port forwarding opened my WII to a hacker who has played an April Fools on me? Is this even possible? I have not changed anything yet it's working as if nothing has happened apart from the "Sticker" that now pops up. Any ideas anyone?

Ok by the tone of your lol I guess I'm being dense and this is meant to happen. In all the months I've used CFG it's never come on, I get a black screen for 20 secs then the cfg page loads. If I seem like I'm making silly statements it's just down to the fact I'm not as technically gifted as the majority of people on this site and I just like to play Black Ops online. Sorry,

Have you updated your softmod app pack recently.

Ps mine does the same not an issue. Think it was put in there for comedy reasons...

That's the things I haven't. I'm wondering if the best option would be to update it all. It all seems weird as I no longer get the black screen instead I get the sticker. Maybe after all these months it's just working normally and I have a WII with a bit of an attitude, haha.
