By dl games you mean your games you ripped right? Did it used to work and just stopped or is this just the first time you have ever tried?
And which wiihacks guide has Rev 21 installed to cIOS 249? You've given nada/zip/zero/zilch of information here, other than as obviously just stated by me.

Why all the way back to rev13? Most guides on here recommend using rev17. Oh, and please stop referring to your legally purchased games as dl games. Unless you did download them in which case I think you should read the rules again....

I'm sure cIOS38 rev17 is dual layer compatible too. I didn't see the words downloaded in there. Which is it cornflake, downloaded or dual layer? Maybe the thread title will tell you.

Are you sure, I ripped Other M and played it too, with cIOS38 rev17. Sorry, I had cIOS36 rev10 installed when I ripped SSBB, that'st too old to be used anymore.Quote:
