    Super Mario All-Stars not loading

Installed this game onto my HDD, went to load with GX loader, and I get a black screen immediately. Haven't had this problem before.

Ok Im fairly new to this, but in answer your question I believe it has something to do with the cIOS.

I also have that game, I got the main menu screen come up and then nothing, it just cycles through the menu video, cant start or play game.

So hopefully someone can answer both our problems, meanwhile I will try a few different cIOS's and see if I can figure it out.

    Cheers, Daz.

I got it to run using cios 222 and setting the video mode to auto patch. Nintendo has said that the game is only 50 Hz pal. So super Mario 1 and 2 will not display correctly. Bottom of the screen is cut off. Super Mario 3 plays fine though. As for playing.... you need the classic controller connected.

plays fine at 60hz and can be played with a gamecube controller too.
