newly added iso's to usb hd, just a black screen

I've been running my soft modded 4.2u wii for some time now and have a few games working flawless on it via a usb drive and gx usb loader. Now yesterday i decided to add a few more iso's to the hdd. So now the newly added iso's i get just a black screen after
the how not to throw your remote screen but the old ones run fine. thinking that it was my usb hard drive i went out an got me a WD 1tb my book. Formatted the drive using wbfs manager 3.0. Saving a lil room for a fat32 partition. Loaded all old iso's. Tested them all's fine. Added the new ones and got the black screen. Reformatted the drive, added all iso's and everything works (even the new iso's). Anyone know a way to add iso's without me having to reformat the entire drive (followed all possible tutorials on here, and i'm still at square one) also i've tried wbfs manager 3.0 and wbfs intelligent gui v6 both due the same thing.

Right generally that is the case, but when i add all iso's at once they play fine, if i have the collection established on the drive and i add to it the added games just give me a black screen.

Hmm, do these games require a different cios (222 or 223 as opposed to 249)? The configuration file of the loader on the sd card? What kind of sd card you using if so?

actually gx usb loader is a channel installed via a wad, sd card is a standard sandisk 1gb card (non sdhc) and i have ios's 222 and 223 installed (hermes') i've tried them all (002 error fixed, non 002 error fixed).Still not sure what i'm missing. I should be able to just add an iso.

Not when loading from a loader, only the cIOS used for that program is used

I think it is a bad Iso, is it from an original copy?

i think u need to re read the original thread, the games work when he adds the to the drive all together but he cannot add any new games as they black screen, if he formats the drive and adds the same game that didn't work he is now reporting as working! And black screens on loaders can be caused by missing ios.

The problem described would not indicate a missing IOS if the game works and then doesn't work. Sounds more like a USB HDD issue. When playing from USB only the cIOS is used so a black screen would not indicate a missing IOS (new info for some).
    Damn I suck!!!!

He says old game work, new iso's dont. It has nothing to do with ios' when launching from a usb loader, as long as you have the usual, cIOS 222,223,249,250. These (or whatever you set your loader to run from) will be the only ios' used. Its been tested.

EDIT- Just read OP, sounds like all is good. No real prob till it comes up again.
