USB Loader GX USB Reading Issues

I have a wii that was recently moded and when I open up USB Loader GX it keeps saying it can't find the usb. I am using my psp with an 8gb in usb mode. It is connected to the left side (looking from the front of the wii) I tried the other side and even with USB Loader 1.4 and still nothing. I am also trying to run Call of Duty Modern Warfare. Any ideas?

"Using your PSP," huh? btw: please take the time to stop in the Introductions Section of the site and post a quick hello. You'll get a personal greeing from our VWA or a mod along with our more popular guide links.

Other than that, this post is kind of fail on information (like what System Menu version/region, method of softmodding, what cIOS/IOS --- 222?249?etc). You might try another card as well.

HackMii simply installs BootMii and HBC. Did you follow a wiihacks guide was what I meant. When you load USB Loader GX, what's it run off of --- IOS 249, and if so what version/rev (14/17/19?) If you have Neo Gamma installed, it'll say all along the bottom.

I followed a youtube tutorial, sorry I don't remember which one, and when I open the usb loader it tell me ios 222 or 249, I can choose between both, and neither work. I have IOS249 (Rev 10) and even neogamma didn't load the usb

You do know we call those FAILTUBE videos and for a reason, right? That cIOS 249 is way out of date; I suggest you follow Dog egg's any 3.1-4.1 guide in the recommended guides. Hermes IOS 222 can be either V4 or V5. Neo Gamma R8 final as well.

I'll try this and tell you what happens. But first how do I reset everything I've done so far so I can start from scratch? Or do I just start from the beginning of the guide and it will overwrite what I already failtubed xD

It depends. If you have HBC/bootmii installed, I'd try starting @ Step 3D. If 3d refuses to work, it might be a sign of FAILTUBE at work --- in that case, start @ 3A.

I followed the guide from 3D and afterwards installed Hermes IOS 222 and NeoGamma. I formated my psp to wbfs with wbfs manager 3.0 on windows 7 and started up codmw on neogamma and the screen stays blank. When it loaded the file it said
    -No menu file found
    -No Patch found

Also I tried Wario Ware Smooth Moves and it shows the warning screen with the wii strap and then it fades and the screen stays black.
