Guitar Hero 5 works, Band Hero doesn't

Hey all, just softmodded my Wii (4.2U) last week; installed Hermes v4 CIOS 222/223 following this guide, I'm using USB Loader GX (it updated itself to the latest revision on the update server).

I've got GH5 and Band Hero using the same game settings, IOS 222, 002 Fix, Force NTSC, Vid Patch On - and GH5 works great, but I get a black screen for Band Hero.

Searched a lot, everything mentions that the same settings work for both games; I'm at a loss here, any help would be appreciated!

Never mind, I indavertently updated my 4.2U with a system update (Nintendo added some parental controls or something) which resulted in stack dumps when loading USB Loader GX, NeoGamma etc.

So I decided to redo the 4.2 hacks, repeated steps B & C, and it all works beautifully as it should!

I am running 4.0U Cios Rev 14 and my USB Loader GX just shows a Black screen when trying to play Band Hero. I am running the latest USb Loader GX and I installed Hermes 222/223. I first selected IOS 249, custom IOS 222, 38 - 36 and then custom IOS 223, 38 - 60 and ran the game by changing the settings to the game by selecting IOS 222 and anti 02 and still nothing. Any suggestions?

IOS 222 should be installed using IOS 38 merged with IOS 37 (not 36 as you wrote, typo?). Also, I set Video to Force NTSC, Vid Patch On, and 002 Fix to Yes (not Anti); try those?

i got GH5 to run but band hero isnt... i used all the settings you guys posted even trying different combination with no luck still

i believe i get a black screen with a green light that kind of blinks through real quick for a sec, the wii drive even lights up blue for a quick second or two but nothing after that

maybe i got a bad dump of a backup huh?
