    GH VanHalen mic issue

I have a wii that was updated to 4.2e, home brew has been installed and neogamma 7 and 8. I have so far had great success loading ISO copies. But with GH Vanhalen i cant get the mic to be recognized. I have GH world tour and so far it seems the mic works fine with lego rock band (ISO) and Band Hero (original). I have tried plugging the mic in various stages, Wii off, HB not loaded\loaded, Neogamma loaded/not load and game loaded/not loaded. Any Ideas on how to get it to recognize the mic???

did you install IOS222, if not look in my signature. Also, make sure to plug in the mic before starting the game.

I'm sorry, you must be loading from disc, so IOS222 will not help you with Neogamma. Look for a Guitar Hero 5 Tutorial and follow the instructions on how to load from disc. IOS222 will only work for USB Loaders. Last I knew, WiiPower refuses to add IOS222 support with his loader (NeoGamma). But, you never know what a new year will bring.

You could install USB Loader GX, set the loader to use IOS222, and boot your disc. the current versions of USB Loader GX will boot discs.
