Backups no longer working

Hi guys and thank you for any advice offered.

I have had problems with my wii since I trid to updade waninoko files. After doing update, I kept getting corrupt operating system message and nothing would load.

I have since managed to reinstall 4.1 pal system menu and retried the 3.1 to 4.1 softmod.

Unfortunately, I am not able to play backups any more. I have enabled settings below and still no joy.

Select 'system menu hacks' in the Priiloader menu, and enable the hacks that you want - 'skip disc update check' and the region free ones are all you need. Select 'save settings' and wait for confirmation message to display 'settings saved'. Press B to go back, and enter Settings. Set 'Autoboot: System Menu' using D-Pad, then select save settings. Press B to return to main Priiloader menu.

any help would me very much appreciated

hmmm...go back to 4.0...see if that works..i heard that there was problems with 4.1 and 4.2
