Arthur and the Revenge of Maltazard

Search for the game here and didn't find any help topics on it.
I recently DL'ed the game (PAL) version and am currently having some issues with the game settings.
I am playing the game off my external USB drive and if I just let the game load up with the factory settings it turns black and white and then the screen rolls.
That usually means, to force NTSC on it, but when I do that, I get the flicker of green like I usually get with PAL games that I force and then the screen goes black.
It doesnt lock the box up. I can hit the home key on the remote and back out of the game, but can't get the game to load up correctly.
I think I need to change the OIS option to a different number but am unsure. By default it is set to 249.

Any help and suggestions would be great. Also, remember, I am new and so you might have to explain a couple things to me before I get the right answers to what you ask.

Thanks for taking the time to look and to help me with my issues...

I have tried all the different ones and still can't get this game figured out.

No one has posted or pm'ed me about it either. If they do I will be certain to share the info they give me that works so that I can help you with it as well.

I think there may be a problem with the game. I'm guessing that since it's a PAL version it just may not be compatible with NTSC wii. Some other games have been like this in the past. Is your wii NTSC as well? Maybe that our problem and others have PAL wii's and it works. Don't know.

I have the same problem, tried 249 and 222 no luck... I think it could be a security issue? maybe......
