This is JPN game... booted with 249, white screen of death
2nd time changed language to JPN, starts to boot but froze at Konami logo.
Using ios250 still freezes at Konami logo .... if I go back and set language to default... freezes at white screen and never load the game.
Edit : Runs on ios249 all I had to do is download the language pack and set it to japan
