linkthebest@ did you install ios56...
no prob hope you get it working
To the modchip guys who want to "keep it clean" -
Updating to 4.2 will kill your region-free but should allow you to play by updating your IOS56 in the process - though I make no promises. The solution I provided allows you to run the game without updating your firmware and by only installing the necessary file you need for SMG2 (which happens to be included in the 4.2 update) - No 3rd party software (homebrew) will be visible or accessibly present on your console after that process is completed. Basically you'd be manually doing what your modchip manufacturer would be providing in their firmware update for this game.
That's all I can tell you. Ball's in your court.

im having a weird problem. i can get the game to start and i can even play, but the remote stops
working out of nowhere. I can tell it's the remote because the game is still running. I got another iso of
the game and still got the same problem. Also, the problem does not always occur in the same place.
im using neogamma r8 beta 7 and r9 beta 13. Anyone has an idea?

When I try and load the game from USB Loader GX I get a black screen. I've tried forcing a bunch of different settings and still got a black screen. On NeoGamma it says something like reading drive and then just freezes at that screen. I am on a 4.2 Wii with cIOS249rev14. I did try updating to rev19 with IOS38 as the base, but USB Loader GX wouldn't respond to button inputs with that so I went back to rev14. I tried installing the IOS56 mentioned in the 1st post of this topic. Anybody know what my problem is?
If i helped you please click thanks.
