Can somebody help me with this game problem?

I recently downloaded a game for my wii called Sengoku Musou 3 (aka Samurai Warriors 3) and I put it on my usb and whenever I play story mode or murasame castle, the game crashes right before a cutscene and I get really pissed off, when it crashes the screen goes black and has a message in Japanese and the only word I in English is the word OFF, can somebody please help me? I really like this game but I'm really pissed at it because of the crashing, so can somebody please help me?

PS this only happens with this game, no other
