NOT A NORMAL PROBLEM! Need help with NSMBW plz!!!!

Hey, guys, i have read all the topic posted by davepm about new super mario bros wii and i have tried all of the methods posted there (except CiosCORP and USB Loaders). ALL of them have failed! I can't have New Super Mario working on my wii and i'm getting crazy!!

I have many ISO versions, i've made many patches, i'm in 4.2U (waninkoko method), with HBC, on a NTSC wii, hardmodded with D2Ckey.

    PLZ i need some advices.
Thx so much for the attention.

Have you tried to extract the .dol from NSMB? you have to put it in a SD card (no not remember where to put it.) and rename it to nsmb.dol . And then try to runit from Neogamma (latest)

    Thumbs up

    Hi there,

Hope to have a good solution for ya. I also have a hardmodded d2ckey kinda wii (on 4.2E).

I tried al kinds of iso´s and methods but all ended in a question-mark in the disc channel or a black screen through Gecko. This afternoon i just did it with succes!

I got an rawdump iso (NTSC) and ran that through Gecko (HBC) with the ntsc code added in the codes directory. Poooofff my kids played it for several hours and it never stopped!!

    Hope this helps u m8!

    Grtz,

    Marc from the Netherlands

Hi, i've been looking around and couldn't find information, but i burned NSMB and went to play it only to be informed that an update is required. I receive a message saying "
important: if your wii console includes unauthorized modifications, this update may detect and remove unauthorized content causing immediateor delayed inoperatbility of your console. Failure to accept this update may also render this and future games unplayeable, if you do not wish to accept this update, you can hold down the Power button for 4 seconds." I'm not sure what mod i am running, but i am not running homebrew. Is it safe to update despite the message? I was looking around and it said even if your wii is not modded that update may brick your wii.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Read the guides on PRIILOADER because that has an option to stop all disc updates

thxs, i just read it. I understand that it will prevent the system from updating, once it prevents it from updating will it allow the game to be played, I was under the impression that the update was required for the game but i really have no idea? My apologies i do not have much knowledge in regards to modding the system.

    Thx
