I ended up working on this for about 3 hours tonight and still haven't gotten it working. I used your exact game settings making sure that my global settings matched yours for everything set to -1, but no luck. So I reloaded several IOSes to see if they would make a difference but nothing so far. Uloader still works though on IOS222. Tried 222, 223, 249 and 250 in GX. I'd post my syscheck results here but I'm having an issue with that too. I can check a single IOS with no issue but if I try to check them all it crashes at the end saying it can't initialise the FAT system. No idea what that is happening. I reformatted the SD Card and even unplugged GC memory card and USB drive.

You're definitely doing your due diligence. AS far as your syscheck, does your current version have the "+ to update" prompt before running the check? Try a delete from HBC, then redownload syscheck2 from HBBrowser. See if your luck changes.

If you consider running an online update of GX rather than compiling it yourself, then you may try a temporary copy and paste of the global settings and game settings i pasted. (my EXACT configuration) This would help us indicate if we're troubleshooting a cios issue, or a settings issue, or maybe the priiloader thing as mentioned by playerkp420 in the second post of this thread. We both have the game working in other loaders (uloader and CFG) which makes me believe it's strictly a matter of finding the right settings in GX, regardless of cios and/or priiloader, though i'm not ruling these out.

Next step if no success might be grabbing priiloader 0.7 from dacotaco's forum, and I could share my hacks settings as well, just to knock out one baby step at a time. Last thing we want to do is start changing around your whole cios config, as you could have other titles that are just as picky and may cease to work. I still can't wait to see your syscheck though if you get it working.

I pulled the latest beta of syscheck and it works as far as it will run the check on all ios but when it gets to the end my wiimote is unsynched and I can't hit "A" to display the report and the .csv file isn't written to the sdcard. I should also mention that I put priiloader on and turned on the region free settings to see if that helped. I enabled some others too like blocking disc updates. I did try matching your gx settings but that didn't help. I'll try pulling an official release rather than my locally compiled version and see if that works.

I had to manually run a check on each IOS and gather the info. Looks like it messes up when trying to check IOS60 which is a stub. I'm able to check all the others, below are my results.

I replaced several of the stubs with the IOSes from mauifrogs softmod guide. Replacing IOS60 fixed the issue w/syscheck. I can now run it completely without issue. I still haven't fixed the issue w/playing Thomas. Now it doesn't lock up at a black screen when I try to start the game, instead it reboots into the wii system menu. I think I saw where d2x-v7 is out now. If no issues get reported I might try upgrading to that and see what happens.
