    Plug in a portable usb hdd and start watching movies from it (really long movies), maybe it will overheat. Make sure you have WiiConnect24 turned on too.

    mine is like LU96, but I still would not downgrade it that far

    I own four wii's all four are launch boot 2 wii's One is not modded yet I am debating on selling it. I need to open it and clean the drive I think it may be going bad! P.S. I own one wii remote and nunchuck.

    Currently 5, but only 4 working. I'm addicted to "black screen " ebay sales. I just like to try and bring them back to life. Three are boot1b, other two are boot1c, obviously one of those boot1c's is missing keys, so it's now parts.

    I wish i had the time and patience to understand how to get wii's back to life It is becoming a habit of snatching up broken disk drive wii's to try and fix them and hack them.
