Before burning the games I take 2 seconds and run the ISO in WIU, remove the updates, patch it to my region (I know chips are region free but I still do it for the heck of it) and you will never encounter any problems.

I tried to region patch Pro Evo Soccer 2008 from PAL to NTSC and then it just made the whole Wii lock up hardcore when I tried to start it. Had to yank to power plug out to restart it. Any ideas?
