just put the files on the sd card there has to be a folder in the root that goes N64Roms/*Put roms here* then another folder that goes APPS/*put the Wii64 files here*

b ut remember to get the zelda tp to work you need a cpy of the game, also you can install wads, the games that are in the shoppinmg channel
