Information on MODing proccess.
What's going on everyone. I have recently taking a interest in Wii's and have decided to purchase one in the near future and MOD myself. I am not new to MODing for I have MODed my XBOX original, XBOX 360 and PSP. But for the Wii I am a absolute nub.
If any of you who have MODed your Wii's could link me to some pdf tutorials and/or videos on pickign which mod chip is best for me and actually soldering that would be awesome.
I have never soldered before so before I try I would like to go through some tutorials several times and make sure I get the right kits.
Thanks!

If you have never soldered before I would HIGHLY recommend you not modding the wii by yourself as some of the points are really small and can easily be bridged together.
If you are planning to buy a brand new wii now you are prob. going to be getting a D2C2 chip inside. Your best bet if your going to mod yourself is to go the solderless route. I went this route myself and modded my first wii in under 20 mins. my very first time. Get yourself a solderless D2Pro9 already soldered into a wii clip. just open up the wii and snap it over the chip inside the wii and your done.

the wii serial tracker is definitely not accurate after april 08...
june 22 th wii is d2c2
d2pro9 v2 chip required... so the D2pro9v2 solderless mod is what you want....
