Unhappy Problem after Format Wii System Memory (mario kart issue)

Ok, here is the problem i have, Please Help!!!

i had a D2C Wii a few weeks ago, after buying it i updated the firmware through internet to 3.2U firmware.

Then few days later i send my wii to a friend so he could modd it with a D2pro modchip. So he did.
After getting my wii console back i was able to play almost any backup game, incluiding hombrew stuff like the hombrew channel,
but I couldnt load mario kart wii because a black screen after starting it on the disc channel,
then searching on google i was able to fix this mariokart issue with the W.U.M (Windows Update Manager) and a 3.1U_v2 Update that Replaces on the mariokart backup image,
after updating with this mariokart backup i was able to run it with no problem at all it works fine incluiding SSBB 4.7gb version backup.
Then here comes the problem, I was not able to run the News channel for some reason, it gives me the NEWS000006 error code,
So a friend told me to Format my Wii System Memory to fix it, so i did,
then after Formatting Wii System Memory and configuring everything i wasnt able to run mariokart, ssbb or hombrew stuff again, it could run any backup game, except mariokart or ssbb, i get this message saying " An error has ocuirried, eject disc, turn off console blah blah, and i dont know how to fix it..
Now i cant play mariokart or ssbb, i dont know what to do,
if anyone have any idea on how to fix this please reply...
thnk a lot..
