d2pro9 V2 Installation Tutorial??

I might be being blind but I cant find a tutorial on how to install the d2pro9 V2. Also will this chip work with a Wii that was bought 2 days ago? Finally do you have flash this chip regularly via a update off the net burnt to a DVD?

Thanks

d2pro : Home use the diagram in the resources section. 9 wires
If its v2 it will work.
only need to flash it if it fixes bugs you have. id recommend doing the 1.4 update.
