simple question about compressing/decompressing wii games
i checked on a site that said it would be faster to download a compressed game (which makes sense because the file size is smaller). the site also mentioned "scrubbing" a game, which basically removes the game's encryption so compression is possible. i was just wondering if you could decompress the game (once downloaded) like any other file using winrar or winzip
